Use the below form to sign up to use this service. The administrator account will not be able to sign in until your church is approved. An email will be sent to the administrator's and the church's provided email addresses once the church is approved to use this service.

How are you using this service?

I am using this service for my church website.

I am only using this service for the Bible Course.

This can be changed at anytime by the administrators in the church information section on the member's portal page. Selecting that you are using this service for the Bible course only will hide any unnessesary fields and buttons going forward.

Template Selection

The Love template is the most simplistic of the templates offered, requiring only one picture. The picture is only displayed on larger screens, such as laptops, and will not be seen on smaller screens, such as phones.

This template is a one-page website, meaning that all pages/sections are shown in a scrolling format and immediately visible. The links on the left of larger screens will automatically scroll to the page/section. On smaller screens, the links are hidden on the left and moved to the menu bar at the top of the screen.

The first information that a visitor will always see, will always be the church name, followed by the contact email, phone number, and the address on the next line. These three are clickable and will open up the default email app, the phone app, and google maps for the address on a user's device.

The Joy template looks like what you might expect a blog to look like. The home page displays the name of the church as well as the name of the page and a place for a short description for each page. On bigger screens the links are displayed on the top of the home page. On smaller screens, the links to the pages will be put in a menu at the top of the screen.

This is a multi-page template. Clicking on one of the page titles on the home page will take you to the page. At the top of each page is a place for a church-owned image. It is recommended to use a different picture for each page. Please make sure to use uncopyrighted image, if they are not pictures you own. You can also use a color as the background for the page, instead of an image. At the bottom of each page, The church's address, phone number, and email address.

The Peace template is a one page template. An image is placed at the top with the name of the church. The pages/sections consist of a church-owned picture within a circle and a section of text. On larger screens, the first page/section will be title and text on the left and the image on the right. The next page will then be the picture on the left and the title and text on the left. Each page after will rotate back and forth. On smaller screens, the page's rounded image will be shown at the top, followed by the title and text. At the bottom of the page, there is a section that has the church's address, phone number, and email address.

The single-page Patience Template has the church's contact information at the top, followed by a “Slide show” that allows either a church-owned image or a background solid/gradient color to be used on each of the 3 slides. The text will slide in from either the top, bottom, left, or right.

Below the slide show, the pages/sections will be displayed to the user by their title and then their text.

The multi-page Patience Template is very similar to the single-page Patience Template. It has the church's contact information at the top, followed by a “Slide show” that allows either a church-owned image or a background solid/gradient color to be used on each of the 3 slides. The text will slide in from either the top, bottom, left, or right.

The difference in this template is that when you click on the pages in the menu bar at the top, the links will take you to a separate page. These pages will have a church-owned image / background solid or gradient color with the title of the page on it, followed by the text of that page. On the home page with the slide show, there is also a place below that you can put an opening message or anything you would like.

Church Information

Church-Owned URL:

A church-owned url is not required. However, if you choose to use your own, put your url in without the http or www at the beginning. Directions on how to finish the setup of this url for use on this website will be provided under the "Church Information" tab on the member's portal.

As an example, entering "example" into the textbox will make your website available at example.cofc.group

The site url will be used to discern your church from others on this website. If you plan on using your own church-owned url or are only using this for the bible course, please make this url something that other churches won't want to use, such as your church's physical address without any punctuation or spaces. This will be what you use to login to this website, until you finish setting up your church-owned url to work with this website.

Church name:

On some templates, your church name is sized down to fit on one line. This can make the text really small for long church names. If this is the case, an administrator can split the church name into two lines by going to the church information tab on the members portal
